Suitable Applications:
WL series of small vertical sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage and sewage treatment. They can be used to discharge sewage, wastewater, rainwater and urban sewage containing solid particles and various long fibers.

The liquid level should not be lower than the: “ ▽ ” symbol shown in the installation dimension diagram.
Pump can not use to handle the liquid with strong corrosion or solid particies.:
The diameter of the solids in the liquid is not more than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump: The firber length of liquid should smaller than pump discharge diameter.
Vertical Sewage Pump Advantages:
- The unique designe of double-channel impeller, spacious pump body, easy to pass solid objects, fiber is not easy to entangle, most suitable for the carriage of sewage.
- The sealing chamber adopts spiral structure design, which can prevent the impurities in sewage from entering the machine seal to a certain extent; At the same time, the sealing chamber is equipped with an exhaust valve device. After the pump is started, the air in the sealing chamber can be eliminated to protect the mechanical seal.
- The pump has vertical structure, which occupies a small area; The impeller is installed directly on the motor shaft, without the coupling, the pump has short overall size ,simple structure, easy to maintain; Reasonable bearing configuration, short impeller cantilever, superior axial force balance structure, make the bearing and mechanical seal more reliable, and the pump runs smoothly, the vibration noise is small.
- The pump is installed in a dry pump room for easy maintenance.
- According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with an electric control cabinet and a liquid level float switch, which can not only automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the liquid level, without special supervision, but also ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor, which is extremely convenient to use.
